I take this to mean

a) We have not heard back from Teck and therefore the Feasability Study has been accepted. I was told by Elmer that the FS was accepted months ago. They have no issues as the timeline for review has passed.

For Pete's sake, you shouldn't have to put words in their mouth... What harm in stating it?

Why ok to tell you on the phone "months ago" (not sure how that is possible with the 30 day review period), but not in writing? I think it goes to show we can't rely on verbal communications?
