>their Lips are no longer seal ... more info then their last show .... keep plucking away with questions<
I was at Smithers as well. I think their lips are stilled sealed but they are free to elaborate on certain topics. But mostly on info that is not news to us. There were quite a few questions that got long answers but were not revealing.
The previous posters covered the presentation better than I can.
I think though that perhaps we should not get hung up on June 4th or any other date.
Teck has a way more lawyers than we do and so ES just does not want to go down that road of pointing to sections of the contract. I think he has said in the past that he has a good working relationship with Teck and that is a more important than the contracts. He mentioned that again today. When asked if Teck could still reject the FS he said well they could but they have had senior Teck employees working with them all along.
He mentioned that there was a section of the Salazar contract that was looked at by three different lawyers and there were three different interpretations. I guess he told us that to highlight the futility of trying to force any issue using legal means.
This what I got out of the talk about the contracts but I guess this was covered in more detail at the Friday presentation.
