I think Tech wants this project, but they don't want to spend all the money they have to pay CUU and build the mine.

They won't need to use much cash...I'll gladly take a hoard of TCK shares in exchange for my meager holdings....I can't foresee a very large cash deal coming our way as it makes no sense and blows up the economics of the whole project in its current state....Nor can I see EE selling and or wanting a large cash deal....Tax implications may be huge IMO....More likely a share offering and JV that extends the project and CUU's involvement....That would be my bet....

1 for whatever they offer we move north from the minute the TCK offer hits the airwaves and I'm all in boy's and girl's....The waiting is killing me....
