No, but I can see it likely that we need to spend another $50 million to make this more than the mediocre project our FS shows it to be currently. I think we would drop to 25 cents if they walked - then EE PPs the 50 million (=200 million more dillution!!) and we develop the property for a year or two to get it right the second time and then can sell for a fair price.

I disagree we would even need to dilute. In talking with ES, he mentioned that they would JV with another partner if Teck walked. He indicated to me there were several that are very interested in SC and are just waiting for Teck to make their move. Imho, we could have an even better JV with another partner if Teck walks. Eg. offer them 10% for spending 25-30M on a drill program. We have done all the preliminary work, aerials, mira etc. and know the best places to drill. We have 50% of the Paramount zone which hasn`t been drilled and potential to double the resources there.

It would take one massive drill season to unlock HUGE value imo. and we would own 90% of a multibillion resource when all is said and done. Do you think some other company would jump at a chance to own 10% of a multibillion dollar resource for 25-30M? I think that`s a no brainer imo. For all these reasons, I don`t think Teck will walk. In fact, I think Teck will take us out 100% as they have all the info. about this property that we have. Like ES said, poriphery style deposits usually hosts multiple areas of mineralization rather than one. There is likely several sized SC deposits in this district and imo, Teck (plus a partner of their chosing) will pay a premium to acquire it.
