I agree with you Stroef.

My opinion about dividends etc.

1. Teck buy us out with cash or combination of shares/cash. Dividends through Teck as a company.

2. Teck backs in for the 75%. JV. Leave us as partner. In this scenario, I do not expect CUU's 25% portion to stay too long. I don't think Teck would want us as a partner (I'm expecting them wanting someone with a bigger wallet) and CUU probably want to focus on Arizona.

3. Look at Rio Tinto and Turquiose (Ivanhoe). It doesn't make sense to keep the junior around for long unless you get to call the shots like Rio Tinto. (Teck would not be calling the shots if they back in)
