I'm very very confident Teck is coming in. For all the signs mentioned and steps Teck has taken.
* land staked and renewed, Northwest BC long term plan, Keevil, time spent on and with Feasibility, ongoing discussions, port, pwer line, etc....
Yet considering the current share price and the time spent here, I wouldn't mind getting 100% at all. CUU's intention is to sell, whether they own 25% or 100%.
This was a win/win before and it still is.
Those who claim (for some reason) that the share price would go in the 20's for owning 100% .....give me a break, those people will get suckered big time. Even the naysayers will be jumping on that opportunity.
The share price is dictated by those who are willing to sell at a certain price and I certainly won't be one of those.
At this point Copper Fox has a plan for every possible scenario, no matter how improbable. They could have a potential partner just waiting for Teck to decide..
CUU could sell 20-30% stake (no dilution) and upgrade the waste to M&I (expense becomes revenu), drill the other side of the paramount zone, increase metal recoveries, reduce processing cost with additional metallurgical testwork, improve the deposit all around.
This will happen this summer with or without Teck. Even if Teck bought out CUU, Teck would still do the above work this summer. So give me those Teck shares so Copper Fox Metals can move on to Copper Fox Minerals.
