What they wrote about the efforts to wipe out the exchange is entitely true. You'r seeing it in the sea of red right now. Add in the items I've written about and you can hear the nails being driven in the coffin. We are not spouting doom and gloom. We are citing cold hard facts.
The Northwest Exemption (BC Instrument 32-513) Is in danger of being revoked. If this exemption is removed, it will restrict the ability for non-registered finders from raising capital from their high net worth and accredited investors.
Please sign the petition to show your support for the requests put forth by John McCoach, President of the Toronto Venture Exchange, to keep this exemption in place.
