Elmer, Would you mind if I recorded this conversation? I have so many friends and family invested in CUU who are upset with me and bombarding me with questions, I'd like them to hear your response directly.

1. What is the status of our negotiations with Teck? I know we are waiting to hear from them. But how close do you think they are to making a decision?

2. Will it be sooner than June 4th? If so, what makes you think it would be before June 4th?

3. Do you think Teck will give us a fair price? Or are they going to look at our SP and the world financial stability?

4. Are we expecting to JV with Teck?

5. Any chance of Teck buying us out 100%? Is that why we haven't transferred the Liard shares?

6. Do we have other suitors on the sidelines should Teck give us a low ball offer?

7. Do we expect a bidding war?

8. How is Ernesto? Does he stay in touch with you daily? how does he feel about the negotiations? Is he and David on quiet time? How does EE feel about today's stock price? At some point is he going to jump in and bail our sp and buy on the open market?

9. Why are there no institution buying? We need a move like in 2011.

10. About the recent PP. Why did Ernesto not just go for the full $3M. He did not pull the plug on us did he? Did we find investors for the other $500K?

11. How's the 2013 drilling plan coming along? When will it be completed?

12. What about the EA? When will it be completed?

13. When will BC Hydro start the Facilities Study? Do we have any connections there who could move things along faster? Their average timeline from start of study to end is about 6 months to 3 years.

14. Bottomline, are you happy with the progress CUU is making with Teck?

15. For us long time investors of Teck, who are really worried about lack of news from CUU and concerned about current sp, what advice do you have for us?
