Thanks bostrin, that is a key piece of info to have heard from Elmer. I had heard more than one call for the private guy to participate in the PP's. Some might have wondered if EE was tapped out for that extra 500K but I figured it was a bolt-on to the PP to include others.

The odd timing of bolting it on and not putting it into the original PP a few weeks earlier suggest it was a reaction or second thought - maybe driven by some development.

I'm hoping it is about them only have this one last PP to give that opportunity before someone takes them out..
