One word of advice when you talk with Elmer is try to keep it as friendly as possible. You may want to compliment him and the team for the things he has done right first before expressing your concern about the sp and where Cuu is headed.

If you start opening up with accusations he may just get defensive and shut down. After all we`re all human and nobody likes to be put on the hot seat.
