They must be working on it now. This would have been an ongoing discussion even before the FS was dropped on Teck. I posted info on Abacus because it serves as a study on JV's.

The JV timeline can be a target and has some degree of flex but ultimately it must be adhered to. It can't be waived without a vote. It does require an option.

But. If we are looking at a buy out then this becomes an exercise that can be omitted if we are 100% certain of the outcome. If we already have the option we will get an NR saying so. If the negotiatin of the option is not stated then we can conclude that CUU is holding them to the contract and an open ended lengthy DJV will be required.
