If you ask Elmer about what are Teck's options as per the contract, well they can back in or not back in. Buyout is not written anywhere, it does nt mean that is not possible . he just cannot comment or does'nt want to comment on it. That would be irresponsible, in a formal recorded enterview, to state he expects teck to buy us out...especially if this is what might happen
