This was the comment from Liddy that got me thinking maybe the Liard shares not being transferred was a good sign:

9. When will the Liard shares be transferred over?

They’ll be transferred over whenever we ask them to. We haven’t asked them to be transferred yet because right now I am more interested in working with Teck to get them to decide what they are going to do with SC and hopefully, they will decide to come in to the project.

As many have pointed out, the claims did not get transferred in a timely manner. I read through all the old NR last night to try and understand what happened and here is my answer. It is kind of boring so I didn't bother posting but I will now:

I went through all the NR from when they first earned the direct interest in SC. In 2007 all the NR described it this way: Copper Fox has earned a direct 70% interest in Schaft Creek.

Then in July 2009, Elmer Stewart becomes CEO. It's still called a direct 70% interest.

By the beginning of February 2010 they announced that Teck had transferred its ownership in the Schaft Creek Project. The claims had transferred a couple of days before. They then described it this way: Copper Fox now holds a 100% interest in the Schaft Creek Project, subject to a 30% net proceeds interest royalty held by Liard Copper Mines Limited ("Liard") and Teck's earn-back options.

It seems to be an exercise in spin, rather than an actual change. Or, maybe the lawyers suggested it. I think that Elmer must have decided to ask for the claims and changed the description.

In conclusion--I actually think Elmer got them back on track in terms of the Agreement. I do think, mostly because of the claims, that Teck is following the Agreement.
