Then to remove ALL DOUBT Elmer needs to officially confirm in a press release that the 120day clock started (and on what specific day) and that CUU and TECK both fully acknowledge that the Liard shares are now officially the property of CUU so that there is NO DOUBT in the market's or TECK MANAGEMENT'S mind.

NOT doing so continues to hurt our share price AND NOT validating the progress milestones of the original agreement could potentially only come back to further bite us. It's not too much to ask and it's not an act of terrorism. The share price erosion?

If I might make a suggestion....I have noticed on SI blog that this topic has been swrilling around as well. I think that you should phone Elmer or e-mail Elmer and address this question.

Im not bashing anybody here or thier (SI) blog.....im kinda wondering myself...so if I was down a million dollars in shares. I would pick up a phone and put this question to rest.
