I am having trouble with the lack of plan b

We are being told everyone is waiting to see what Teck is going to do.

Teck has 5 choices, buyout and then there is no need for plan b.

On the other 4 (walk, 25, 40 and 75%) a suitor can effectively just work the numbers.

One would think if another party was interested in a large safe deposit Elmer would help them

crunch the numbers for the 4 alternatives to be ready . Not that we know this is not being

done but it doesn't seem like it.
