Go find someone to buy out our interest for so much $ or if you want we will do the deal, but under new terms.

It can't happen like this though in the case of CF because Teck doesn't own anything after we've fulfilled our side of the Agreement (as we should have now.) All they are left with is a time-limited option to earn-back a share for a set price. They won't have anything to bargain with to offer us, they either earn-back or they don't.

They might come up with some sort of JV or new arrangement that we haven't thought of, but it can't involve CF paying them anything to walk away. If they walk it is final and we maintain 100% ownership except for the royalties in place, none of which Teck has.
