I wonder if Elmer is trying to build Copper Fox into a prospect generator stock?

He's a geo, he likes the early exploration work. It would explain Arizona which was such an unexpected twist.

I wonder if he's trying to build a model where he develops them to certain point, and then sells them off--but CF would retain some of the value to buy more and explore.

I have a feeling we'll see a royalty in the deal somewhere. From his perspective he would be crazy not to try and keep all the investors he currently has. (It must be easier to keep investors than to make new ones.)
