"What I do not understand is why the language under 'About Copper Fox' has not been updated. It states 'Upon completion of the Feasibility Study' as if this is still a forward looking event. Why wouldn't they change that? "

I don't interpret it that way. That portion of the NR is basically to capture what the Agreements says and not about what CUU has done; so no updating is required; it's simply a statement of the facts in the Agreement. JMO
