The outlook for copper seems to change on a daily basis. Yesterday was doom and gloom.

Today though there is a Codelco copper strike looming and this has lead to orders from warehouses rising to their highest point in more than 15 years--since October 1997! Furthermore, the Euro gained against the dollar causing the price of copper to rise.

Long-term trends must lead to higher prices, as YourNadir says, when Schaft will be in production.
