I do understand that if you start using the Teck agreement to CUU it will add or should add value, but that is impossible to use or measure in any comparison. Most of these Juniors have some form of agreement with others but they are all very unique agreements one from another and are impossible to compare. In order to fairly compare different companies he needs to compare using only measerable facts, and when he does just that CUU does not come out on top.

So as much as I agree with you Pat that his comparison leaves out critical information, there is really no other way to make accurate comparrison between companies.
