Why bother with the noise on this property, it's value is no more than an optimistic 4 cents on our share price

Speeding up ER, road permits, getting agreements with FN on the road traffic, drill plans and getting plan b buyers all have a lot better upside.

Just getting a discussion with Teck on the Liard shares and the direction of any commitment plans for Teck/CUU would be huge.
