That's pretty standard "cover your behind" type of statement that the lawyers would insist on; and since CUU is also listed in the US, one wants to be extra careful to be covered and not be exposed to any potential legal liability. I wouldn't worry too much about the wording; that's pretty well standard disclaimer nowadays; just bring on the liquidity event! JMO
