We don't know if the Feasibility Notice was ever delivered.

We don't have the Liard shares.

We don't have an official start to the clock.

Our press releases are filled with assumptions about the feasibility.

My guess is that our "120 day deadline" goes by without any news. I do believe we have fulfilled our contract but it seems like it's been thrown out of the window. I have yet to determine if that's good or bad for us.
