As I have posted before, what if Teck has asked us ( Cuu management ) to extend them some undetermined amount of time so that a partner could be brought onboard. If that is the situation, then what really could management say? Unfortunately, right now our best shot of a buyout rests with Teck so do we play ball with them while unfortunately keeping investors in the dark or do we just tell them to shove it as we have an obligation to keep our investors happy at all times? In the end which course ultimately benefits all shareholders?

I don't understand why we wouldn't be allowed to make an announcement of something like "Teck is going to backin contingent on X and have rewritten a new agreement that supercedes the old one" or "We have extended the 120 days and in exchange we get Y and written up a new contract". Basically...just write out a new contract - that we're supposed to be doing anyway. Not this hide in the bushes with smokes and mirrors stuff. It really isn't that inconcievable to be able to tell us what's going on and have Teck do so as well. I understand Teck is our best option for a quick deal - but I don't agree that it has to be completely hidden and that they could make things a bit more clear.

Personally, even if we got as high as $4 or $5 on a short term buyout - I won't be following them (although I did want to before) because of the just piss poor communication and clarity. Elmer is a great geologist, but he's really not that great at communication and no one else seems to be stepping up on that front (Jason, Mike etc.). Unfortunately Vette seems to be a better communicator than anyone on management. I don't want my future investments to be based on hopes and dreams in the sky, but real clear and factual information.
