I know about Ernesto's reputation not to leaving anything on the table, but with all the shares he has, a PP of 0.79$ or 0.65$ doesn't make a big change on his total number of shares. In fact, was a CF PP ever repriced? Its still a positive signed that the financing price was not lowered.

Could it be possible that CF and TCK are arguing over the agreement clauses and this is why ES cannot comment on anything in regards to the terms?
