So yes I think it makes sense that they try to make this deal happen and extend the benefit of a soft approach.

Would they walk away? I think behind all the above is the very obvious reality of a foreign investor who is looking out for #1, and should the Teck option seem to not be bearing fruit will very much ensure that the Walk-Away card is put on the table.
