.. think Ernesto has his minimum buyout price in his head... but yet he hasn't panicked into buying up all the public shares to increase our share price for a larger buyout... its shows a lot of confidence in him that he even believes he doesnt need to artifically prop us up to get the price he has calculated... heck he is below his last PP..

thanks Deep, so you're suggesting a buyout will be based on a percent of the sp vs pounds in the ground. I too have been thinking he could run the sp up prior to any announcement (albeit in respect of trading rules), as i witnessed when at one time holding plays in Western Coal and Copper Mountain - boy, were those the fun times.
