MTS: Believe me I've made complaints before on more blatant manipulations but the reply has always been the routine stuff to the effect that "we have reveiwed and investigated your complaint but found nothing unusual blah blah blah". It's commendable for you to try to level the playing field, but I don't think you'll get far if the basis of the complaint is "someone else has a better computer". JMO Good Luck!
