could Teck have delivered a new JR that rewrites the old agreement

ie. no 4 year, different take on financing, even different back-in numbers

when would a JR proposal have to be disclosed, does it have to wait till CUU accepts it

that it may be on the table would be a boost for the SP, at least a positive note

this is only speculating cause I am not sure the amount of time being taken is good or bad
