You always inherit problems, since they were not there at the staging process of the mine you cant build the mine to your liking. Teck will be able to build CUU how they see fit... Same way i would rather buy a brand new car than a used one and inherit someone elses bandaid solutions / problems and sure a new car depreciates quicker in the first year however i will pay that premium for peace of mind.
