Good post CG,

This question was swirling around this board all January. Its obvious to me that they want Teck to walk away, or at a minimum back in at 20-40%. With EE (Billionaire Backer) CUU could find other partners/buyers very quickly, whether or not they drill up the deposit and revise the RE.

The toughest position at the bargaining table could be the Chief Geo. @ Teck trying to explain the lackluster BFS to the B.O.D. and other partners such as Sumitumo/CIC. Then explain why they should pay a minimum $1.5B for CUU.
