Hi SIMC1
I have to respectfully disagree with you on this. If I'm EE/ES, I see the last 3 years as a small timeline in the life of a mine that will produce pounds after pounds of copper/gold/silver/moly every day for the next decades with increasing metal prices.
If I'm EE, I can predict where the metals will be in 5-10 years when prices start to increase dramaticly due to the world's central banks' printing and the future copper shortages brought on by China and India.
If I'm EE, I would tell T to offer a price that will fairly compensate for these factors, or simply shake hands, and call 'em partners.
If I'm EE, I don't care about the market. When gold reaches 2000$ + and copper goes over 4$, people will invest money in juniors as they always do. Greed; you gotta admit it's a people motivator. He doesn't want to miss this boat. Alot of people think EE will get desperate. If you're a billionnaire and have 40-50 mil invested in CF, do you sell at 2-3 $ or do you leave this money in the pot, and simply wait for your share of the profits to come in and enjoy a Cash For Life lottery that can be a source of wealth for his family for generations to come? I bet his goal is to maximize his and his family's wealth. Does he wonder what Simc, Pat66 will think about his decision?
