Rio Tinto's 80 percent share of Northparkes produced 95M lbs of copper and 58000 ozs of gold in 2012.

It's good to see this getting picked up at a good price. It's bad to see the majors selling off producing assets. It's more difficult to count on a bidding war when most of the majors are looking to sell or write down assets.
