Drill Program ?????

Elmer has always said business as usually with or without Tck. When should we be expecting a drill program. Will that program change depending on Tck backing in or not? Will the program be more extensive if we have money in the bank to spend? We haven't had any NR lately blackout, quiet period, discussions, a little clarity is need here.
