If Teck is backing in, we will need very little money to keep the company running.

What about Arizona though? If Teck is backing in they are spending the money only on Schaft, and it's not like they will be giving us a lump sum, so how do we pay for Arizona? We'll have to keep going to the market for money.

Also we'll need some money to keep things moving along while trying to find someone else to buy the remaining percentage. If Teck only backs in we won't have any cash.

I'm not sure a financing will be clear enough of an indication of what Teck is planning on doing.
