CUU is in the business of exploration. Teck is the miner.

CUU is trying to do business with Teck. They can't just go here is my FS, now give me my Liard shares. Go and decide what you want to do. If you pick 75%....you gotta make sure it's all ready for us in 4 years!!

Teck can EASILY give us the big F U.

The biggest advantage CUU has as a junior is having Teck and EE with us. Who doesn't want a sugar daddy willing to arm us up? And we have an interested miner in Teck. The point is to keep Teck interested, show them what we have, answer all the questions, and see what they want to do. They know the agreement is there, they can see what route they want to take. The point of the game is to keep Teck interested.
