Does anyone besides me recall a posting a year or so back in which Elmer had supposedly made the comment that when (if) the time came to settle on a buy-out price, CUU would engage a professional company to negotiate on its behalf? I'm sure that was posted on here way back in the days of yore, but I can't remember the exact context.
