IMO you are incorrectly assuming that:

a) Teck is only looking at the BFS (a fractional percentage of the area)

b) CUU is only selling/shopping the BFS

CUU is a great partner to Teck, provided exactly what they asked for. Teck has a stellar reputation of dealing fairly with juniors. CUU has funds to remain a float while (if necessary) giving their partner time to sort out what could be their biggest deal this year.

My guess on 'fair' is $4-5.
