If unproven (no drill holes) means not worth much, then I hope we sell the starter pit and get a new agreement to keep exploring and proving the district. Elmer knows whats there and so does Teck. Pay now (a reasonable amount ) or pay way more later once it is proven. Either way I don't want to give it away, and I am willing to bet ES and EE wont give it away either.
