Hmmm, well one speculation could be that the CUU-TECK negotiations/discussions are at a stage where neither CUU nor TECK wants to provide any information that could give up their hand to the competition. I suppose knowing what CUU will be doing in AZ could provide the necessary info to figure out (speculate) what TECK is doing with SC.
