Given the time this has taken I'm going to speculate that we have to send in drill to affirm the waste quality. That's going to add 1 to 2 months. It does mean a third party is likely sitting on the fence. Enough time has passed for 3rd party DD and yet we've heard nothing. It's quite reasonable to suspect that the sp did an about face because this information got out.
