Agoracom team posted the Halt sign in relation to PP as Liddy already pointed out. It is advertisement space. PP is a premier Agoracom subscriber (or whatever you want to call it), so they will get much more in advertising and promotion then CUU will. Don't expect the same if and when something transpires with CUU.

Management is under a quiet period. They cannot divulge much information. I don't expect anyone to believe that web knows more than we do (i.e. when to expect and NR and the details behind it).
