I think Elmer believes strongly in what he's saying and also believes that this is going to become a mine. If you want to debate points, you can't call your belief a fact, unless it can be proven. You can call an agreement bullet-proof, but as you pointed out, someone can still try to challenge it, and there's always a chance that they may be successful in their challenge. And, yes, you can "try" to sue anybody for anything - moreso in the US than Canada - but you have to have some sort of reasonable case for a lawyer to accept it, and for the courts to hear it.
We're talking about a mine project, not a science experiment. There are a lot of "what if" scenarios and unknowns, and some certain facts, such as the drilling data, topography, financials, management, and progress so far. Let`s focus on the information we`re privy to in order to make informed decisions, rather than comtemplating unlikely scenarios.
