Imho, there is still uncertainty with some about what Teck will do ( whether to walk, take a back-in or a buyout ) and this is what is holding our sp where it is. I agree with Vette that the company should issue some kind of NR on or about June 4 letting shareholders know if they are extending the deadline because of negotiations. This will add alot of clarity for many investors here that a deal is definitely being worked on.
