Is that it is good that we have not heard anything from tech yet. To me, it means they are interested, but maybe asking price by cuu has been higher than they want to pay. In addition, i am happy that no insider trades for 2 months or so ftom anybody. That could be a sign also of some sort of deal in works.. I think teck want this district entirely, because they want to be the big major in bc for years to come. As some previous posters have stated, maybe they want galore as well and cant do it on their own dime and are waiting for another partner in the mix. It is hard to say, but all we can do is speculate. Even though the bfs was not presented in a way we all hoped, i would be shocked if teck didnt take a piece of us at this time. Imho, i think they will back in for at least 40% now and have cuu drill what they all think will bring value to bfs this summer. The only reason i dont expect a buyout now is because the market is weak and teck shareholders would not appreciate that they pay ee and elmers value for cuu. The buyout could happen next year after 4-5 drills have been poked in area of interest this summer. But yet again, teck might have to pay us more for complete buyout at that time depending on our findings after that time. What cuu want remains a mystery and for what parts, but imho, i would conjecture they want at least $3 for complete buyout of shaft creek and surrounding lands. I dont expect any news next week. I can give them and teck a few weeks to iron things out. But if i dont hear anything by end of june, i will be pissed because management is responsible to shareholders first.. There are too many great buying opportunities out there right now that personally, i dont want to miss out on. I really hope this does not drag out too long, as if it has not been long enough already....
