I recently re-read that miningweekly story as well. And found the comment listed below as very telling.
"the company would continue its work on the project toward completion of the environmental assessment application and establishing the work programmes to assess the economic benefit to the Schaft Creek project of additional drilling to upgrade the inferred resources located within the pit shell as well as additional metallurgical testwork to increase metal recoveries."
They in fact have not yet continued to work the project other than moving the EA along at the currrent snails pace. There has been no mention of additional drilling or upgrading the inferred resources.
This in itself may be our greatest indication that TCK will move forward in some capacity with the Shaft Creek project.
