I find it unbelievable that even now nobody is willing to even consider the possibility that the FN wasn't delivered and the clock hasn't even started?

The disclaimers at the botom of the NRs about delivery or Teck's acceptance of the FS have always been brushed off as legal double talk.

It seems that no matter what happens - literally every possible way this could go is still the best possible thing that could happen and SP should climb.
