There really isn't anything to disagree about, frankly. Being a lawyer, I know how to read a contract and am quite comfortable with legal definitions as well as complex contract interpretation. One, I think the contractual ramifications may be felt soon enough if I understand a number of communications correctly. Two, your "in all likelihood" reference is strictly your opinion. It has no basis in reality and no underlying facts to support it. Continuing to say it, does not make it so.
