I looked at a calendar, and unless I miscalculated, day 120 is June 6. Could you assume then, that technically they would have until the end of the day on Thursday to make a decision?

My apologies if someone has already clarified this point, but another question that I have is:

Is the agreement only that a decision has to be made by that date? That's how I understand it. And, if so, even if a decision has been made by Teck and communicated to Copper Fox, wouldn't there be a period of time after that to make an announcement?
