Exactly, Elmer talked around the short-term, interim JV and talked about the post earn-in JV contract that would need to be worked out. The interim JV is to provide the arena and terms for making up the seperate post-earn-in JV. I thought Del was quite clear about what JV he was asking and Elmer brushed it off with the un-related rationale that Teck had not made the earn back decision.
